Thirty years of Italian cuisine in Singapore, and the evolution and exchanges in culinary culture made Italian cuisine so popular and unique in Singapore through the eyes, tastes, experiences of three generations of Italian restaurateurs.
Five prominent personalities in the fine cuisine field, who had a remarkable contribution in the development of F&B sector in Singapore will share their success stories and anecdotes.


Speakers: Giacomo Gallina from Italy, Salvatore Carecci from “Pasta Fresca”, Francesca and Andrea Scarpa from “Da Paolo Group”, Beppe De Vito from “IlLido Group” and Denis Lucchi from “Buona Terra”. Moderator: Giorgio Maria Rosica, President of the Italian Academy of Cuisine.


Special selection of Italian food and refreshment will be served.
